Trainalia
An app that lets gym members see their progress and lets their trainer see it with them. Made for the gym floor, not the back office.
Members log every set from their phone, even with no signal. Trainers see live who is training and how it’s going, and can swap an exercise on the spot if something hurts.
How it is built
- Hexagonal architecture on the server. The business rules do not depend on the database or the web, like an engine you can take out of the car and run on a test bench.
- Tests at several levels. Vitest, Jest and Playwright, the last one to walk through the app the way a person would.
- AI agents with a fixed process. One plans, another codes and another reviews. When needed, others check security and test the full journey. No change goes in without my approval.
Tech: Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, Express and PostgreSQL. The code is private.
